  The first one has a trim size of 5" x 8", and the paragraphs are indented.

  The other two both have a trim size of 6" x 9", with one having indented paragraphs and the other spaced paragraphs.

  Using the automated service, we've generated two PDFs here, one with a trim size of 5" x 8", and the other 7" x 10".

  They both have a Table of Contents, generated by bookow.com. You'll notice that there is no ToC in the manuscript file.

  The running headers and the folios (page numbers) are centred in the 7x10 PDF, on the outside in the 5x8.

  Again, no changes are made to the manuscript in order to generate these two PDFs; the changes are in the settings in bookow.com.
